Return Policy

Amarillo Rose Couture will gladly exchange any item within 3 days of receipt if you received it defective or if it does not fit. The item must not be washed or worn. The customer will be responsible for any return and exchange shipping fees. The exchange may be used for any item of equal or lesser value to the purchase price of the return item. All sales on jewelry, accessories, undergarments, and shoes are final. If we are unable to ship out your order we will send a full refund of the purchase amount and shipping fees.

To process an exchange please send an email with the order number your full name and the item that you wish to exchange. We will send you a RMA # that will be required before you can exchange an item.
